Return policy

🔁 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted


🎯 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at ryu.gymwear@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional but appreciated — we improve through discipline)

Once your request is approved, you may ship the product to:

(Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer)


💰 Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Sports bras and compression garments that have been worn or tried on directly on skin

  • Items with visible wear, deodorant marks, scent, sweat or damage

  • Any item outside the 14-day return window


Exchanges

RYU does not operate a traditional exchange system.
If you wish to change size or style, return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


📦 Lost or Damaged During Transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us immediately at ryu.gymwear@outlook.com with your order number and tracking proof.
We will investigate and respond with resolution options.
