🔁 Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:

All tags and packaging must be intact

Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted

Once your request is approved, you may ship the product to:

💰 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Sports bras and compression garments that have been worn or tried on directly on skin

Items with visible wear, deodorant marks, scent, sweat or damage

Any item outside the 14-day return window
⚠ Exchanges
RYU does not operate a traditional exchange system.
If you wish to change size or style, return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
📦 Lost or Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us immediately at ryu.gymwear@outlook.com with your order number and tracking proof.
We will investigate and respond with resolution options.
