RYU is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions or carrier disruptions.
Once the package is handed to the carrier, delivery control lies with them, but we remain available to support you at every step.

These are regulated by your country and are not controlled by RYU.
We do not mark packages as “gifts” — discipline includes honesty.
