RYU reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if misuse, abuse or suspicious activity is detected.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are processed securely through Shopify and its trusted payment partners.
Once an order is placed, production begins immediately, as RYU items are made on demand.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the case of payment issues, stock errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed are accurate at time of purchase.
RYU may adjust pricing without notice.
Any promotional discounts are temporary unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance or customs delays.
Once handed over to the carrier, the package is out of our direct control — but we remain available for support.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, product names, visuals, text and design elements belong to RYU.
Use without explicit permission is prohibited.
RYU is more than a name — it is a code.

8. Liability

RYU is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Incorrect address input by the customer

  • Misuse or modification of the product after delivery

9. Privacy & Data

All personal data is managed under our Privacy Policy and follows GDPR guidelines.
We do not store payment data and we do not sell information to third parties.
